As a DigiRen Senior Cloud Organisational Change Management Consultant, you will join an inclusive and welcoming team of Cloud leaders who are among the best in the business. The DigiRen Change Practice leads, influences, plans and executes people change activities that enable successful adoption of new ways of working. We understand that change is one of the foundational pillars to enable customers to adopt cloud successfully. We work with our customer executives to define and implement successful change programs that engage and uplift existing teams, leverage new organisation capabilities, and create new ways of working. We work with leaders to enable targeted sponsor and leader-led change interventions. We value the importance of strong stakeholder engagement to understand what is needed and proactively develop strategies to support organisational and individual change.

As a Senior Cloud Organisational Change Management Consultant at DigiRen, you will:

• Use your knowledge of agile methodologies and digital communication channels to identify, plan and develop interventions to ensure people are ready, willing, and able to receive and embed new ways of working within a cloud operating model.
• Develop stakeholder change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, sponsor roadmaps, communication strategy and plans, training strategy, needs analysis and training plans.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of business change activities.
• Build positive relationships with program stakeholders, engaging directly with SMEs.
• Design and develop training material, education sessions, staff briefings and presentations using a variety of communication mediums.
• Recommend and support the development of targeted messaging and training sessions to be delivered to consumers.
• Help identify and manage resistance, providing recommendations to build user adoption and buy-in from stakeholders and end-users.

Requirements

• Demonstrated (5+ years) of career success working on large-scale, complex business transformation or technology adoption programs, with a minimum of 3 years on hyperscale Cloud transformation programs (ideally AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Project experience successfully delivering change management embedding new systems and processes; ideally involving the use of cloud computing.
• Industry recognized change management certification, with the ability to apply change management best practice frameworks to meet the needs of individual client programs.
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills with the ability to drive change.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills and experience supporting design, development, and management of communications.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals and/or Google Cloud Foundational certifications or equivalent knowledge preferred.
• Current Australian Residency and ACT based, with the ability to travel to client locations within Australia if required.
• Baseline or NV1 clearance would be advantageous.
