What you’ll do:

  • Connect amp; Achieve: You will guide and account manage our High Net Worth private customers from initial account opening and understanding of their requirements, through to deal execution and completing their money transfers
  • Process Driven: You will adhere to standard processes and regulatory requirements ensuring your actions are in the customers best interests at all times.
  • Drive Progress: You will nurture customer relationships to optimise repeat transactions, ensuring your pipeline and client base is managed efficiently. You will Monitor KPIs to optimise daily/monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets and activity levels.
  • Passion for Learning: You are a passionate learner, who proactively develops and grows your understanding of the currency market, staying one step ahead within the payment services industry.
  • Enable Others: You will actively engage with your team in coaching and performance discussions, utilising these conversations to continuously improve your personal performance.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Data Driven: You are numerate and able to analyse and react to individual and team performance data, in order to optimise performance and revenue generation.
  • Sales Focused: You have experience in a revenue generating/sales role, you excel working in a fast paced, target driven environment.
  • Customer Obsession: Your ability to serve a customer is thorough and well thought out. Providing a great customer journey is what makes you tick.
  • Good collaborator: Do you have the ability to work in a global team, sharing best practice and working collaboratively to raise the bar across the organisation
