If you've got 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and ideally some exposure as a Scrum Master, then we want to hear from you!

At BizCover, the Senior Business Analyst will:
- Own the teams' backlog
- Have People Leader/Management responsabilities.
- Work with the squads to create, refine (including acceptance criteria definition) and priorities stories.
- Works with stakeholders to get alignment and buy-in for solutions and theirpriority.
- ProductRoadmap development
- Acts as the customer for developer questions.
- Works with the Delivery lead to resolve impediments that relate to vision or story content.
- Accept delivered feature amp; stories during a sprint.
- Work with Business Owners to ensure end user impacts are understood.
- Measure and monitors feature/product performance.
- Have very strong meeting and workshop facilitation skills.
- Will participate in Team retro,Sprint review, planning amp; grooming.
Requirements
- 5-years experience
- Good domain knowledge and business acumen
- Good understanding of the enterprise’s strategy
- Certified in Agile and has attended Agile training.
- Good understanding of Design Thinking/Human Centered Design practices
- Basic working understanding of Jira/Confluence/Miro/Team Retro
- Technical BA knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Decisive and can acquire the support of the organisation to make decisions
- Collaborative and can facilitate broad consensus for decisions
- Actively seeks feedback from team and customers
- Strong negotiation skills
- Can make local decisions which are aligned to enterprise objectives
