Outback Spirit Tours offers a range of unique adventure tours, desert safaris and luxury short stays across our beautiful country. Our adventures capture the very essence of Australia, from the rugged red cliffs of the Kimberley to the unspoiled natural wonder of Tasmania, we bring iconic experiences to life. We operate 10 lodges in some of the most remote, inaccessible and beautiful locations. Our team of guides, drivers, camp and operations staff are passionate about the outdoors and take pride in bringing our guests on the adventure of a lifetime.
The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Travel Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all the travel requirements for our customers, including liaising with clients, providing information on products and services, making reservations, and offering advice and assistance on travel arrangements.
As a Travel Consultant, you are the start of our guests’ journey of a lifetime.
Initially, your time will be spent getting to know our team, learning about our amazing products, and learning to use our booking system.

This role is primarily Monday to Friday, however, the successful candidate may be required to work Saturdays on a rotating roster basis.
About You
You will have a passion for travel and excellent customer service skills. You will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A background in the travel industry and knowledge of travel software systems is highly advantageous.
