The Ghan is one of Australia’s iconic train journeys, travelling through the heart of the Australian outback from Adelaide to Darwin. The Ghan stops twice per week in Darwin during our peak period, as such we have a team of people at the Darwin terminal ready to service the train when it arrives in our spirited outback town.
About the Role
Based at Darwin Terminal, the Service Operator Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of guest cabins, lounge and restaurant carriages on-train and public areas off-train. The role will provide support to the Service Operations team through coaching and training initiatives and work in partnership with the Terminal Manager. This is a guest facing role.

About You
You will have proven experience leading a small team in Housekeeping/Logistics or similar, with strong communication and organisational skills.
