About the role
TheNational Manager, Service Delivery, Planning, and Coordinationmanages the Service Delivery relationship with Konica Minolta Customers. The role is responsible for ensuring high-level, consistent service delivery nationally, product reliability, and strong financial performance. The role provides leadership to our field service teams nationally. The role reviews and analyses the performance of our service teams using macro and micro data to ensure customer outcomes, profitability, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Review and analyse financial data and provide input on improvement measures.
  • Review and analyse service data to ensure compliance with company and customer KPIs, and identify and implement corrective actions when required.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement the service strategy.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams across the regions to ensure the seamless delivery of service both during the installation and through the lifetime of the machine at the client site.
  • Develop relationships with key KMI stakeholders and coordinate reporting and global strategy implementation.
  • Review, analyse, and approve service pricing to ensure profitability.
  • Outline policies and procedures for the service teams in the regions and oversee their adherence to the same.
  • Set and review KPIs for State Service Delivery Managers to ensure target achievement.
  • Engage with the regional services team to review and manage their progress against outlined targets.
  • Coach, mentor and develop members of national service delivery and field service delivery teams.
  • In collaboration with key internal stakeholders, work towards developing a technical training pathway for Field Service Engineers.


Who are we looking for?

  • Ability to review and analyse financial and other data on a macro and micro level and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Ability to build and influence positive relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills.
  • Print industry experience in a client service or IT related environment.
