Online Education Services (OES) is an education provider that partners with universities to provide purposefully designed and highly engaging online programs. This position will be working within OES in association withSwinburne University Online.
Swinburne University Online (SOL) delivers world-class learning though degrees specifically designed for the online student. Each degree is tailored to provide opportunities for students who are often unable to undertake university studies on campus.
The Team Leader - Sales will be responsible for a team of SOL Course Consultants, who provide course consultation services for prospective students - guiding them through their decision-making process and managing the enrolment process. The Sales Team Leader delivers strong leadership, coaching, support, development, motivation, and performance management to your sales team to deliver on the strategic goals of the business. The Team Leader is also responsible for providing management with reports and plans on improvements for enrolment conversions and working with other departments to optimise results.
The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative, motivation, and self-management.
