About the TeamPeople Systems is part of the People Services team and is responsible for ensuring all People Experience (HR) Systems are working as expected to support the business need including system support, integration, and continuous development activities. People in the Systems Team What you'll be doing day to day- Ensure HR Systems are designed, implemented, and supported to fit business needs.
- Act as product SME to support with continuous development activities and ongoing support.
- Manage system integrations from design, build and ongoing BAU support.
- Analyse systems in a proactive method to provide enhancements to allow PX technology to grow alongside business growth.
- Identifying and supporting complex technical system issues.
What you'll be bring to the table- At least 5 years HRIS Systems Specialist experience.
- Experience in Performance, OHS, Payroll and Learning Systems.
- Technical and Integration skills.
- Translate technical terminology to business language.
- Strong Data Analytical skills.
- Enhanced written and presentation skills.
- Extensive technical problem-solving skills.
