The Position

• Full-time permanent position. Monday - Friday 8AM to 4PM.
• Booking and arranging transport for regional and interstate deliveries
• Preparing consignment notes and other documentation
• Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors
• Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries
• Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails

About you

• Australian citizenship or Permanent Resident status
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role
• Experience in transport, shipping, warehousing, manufacturing or similar logistics role an advantage
• Confident liaising with a variety of people including customers, transport/shipping companies and across teams/functions
• Ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively
• Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Flexible to handle a changing workload and can think on your feet
