It's no secret that Aegros is expanding rapidly! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager, Procurement responsible for leading the Aegros global purchasing approach and developing strategic partners for Global Capex projects.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement and Operational Readiness, this is a highly visible Procurement business partnering role that will see you work on incredible expansion projects across Asia Pacific.

Requirements

  • Acting as a strategic partner to the Aegros Senior Leadership and Engineering in all areas of CAPEX equipment and services procurement
  • Implementing sourcing initiatives, evaluation and selection of suppliers and materials to obtain best value
  • Ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids
  • Negotiating with vendors to obtain optimum quality, schedule, cost, terms
  • Advising the business regarding appropriate purchasing methods and procedures
  • Providing coaching and development for the team and while driving engagement.


You will bring...

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the Bioprocess, Plasma Fractionation or Pharmaceutical or related industries
  • 6-8 years’ work in multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English, verbally and written skills
  • Experience with legal contracts, financial analysis, and a track record of delivering cost savings
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Be able to demonstrate pricing and cost analysis skills
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Excel, procurement software and preferably ERP systems.
