Job Description

We are looking for aSite Admin Support Leadto join our Sales team based inPrestons. This is a lynchpin role which provides admin support to our General Manager, State Sales NSW/ACT, our Director of Innovation, and select members of our Senior Leadership team. But there’s much more to this role! You’ll also be responsible for:

  • The management of office and facility management duties for the Prestons site.
  • Coordination of events and associated logistics such as catering and issuing invitations and information for the site
  • Coordinating the onboarding / off boarding of sales employees including the set-up of induction plans and tools for new starters (phones, computers, cars/e-Tags, swipe cards, etc.)
  • Preparing presentations and reports.
  • Coordinating and supporting corporate functions, staff events and external events
  • Managing our meeting rooms and breakout/kitchen areas

And everything else in between!

Excellent ability to develop and maintain relationships with work colleagues and customers at all organisational levels both internal and external to the organisation.

  • Advanced computer literacy across the suite of Microsoft tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
  • Exceptional teamwork approach and motivation to work together to achieve shared goals.
  • Advanced organisational skills and confident engaging and organising others.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Tenacity and resilience with a ‘can-do’ attitude when addressing challenges.

  • Focus on the detail and be thorough in completing work tasks with a high level of accuracy and reliability.
