Your primary responsibility will be to provide support, ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of the organization's computing environment, office, and related IT infrastructure. Your day-to-day...
- Provides professional, timely and effective IT support including software, hardware and network support as well as the identification and resolution of IT troubleshooting activities.
- Delivers a high level of customer service that is proactive, cooperative and dependable byanalysing user needs and developing rapport with clients.
- Provides responsive and timely phone and/or face-to-face assistance to customers in resolving a range of hardware, software or network-related problems.
- Procures equipment and ensures it is appropriately labelled and tracked in the asset management inventory.
- Follows change management and incident management processes to ensure service continuity and KPIs are met.
What you’ll bring..
- 3-4years experiencein an MSPor a corporate business as aSenior Desktop support or System administrator role.
- Demonstrated ability tomanage incidentsand requests in a Windows and Mac environment to a high level.
- Demonstrated knowledgeof Windowsdeployment methodology and deployment technologies (SCCM, networkboot).
- knowledgeof coreMicrosoft technologies, including Active Directory (AzureO365and on-prem).
- Exposure to Mobile DeviceManagement andEnterprise Mobility applications and platforms.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing witha diverse range of customers, peers and management.
- Knowledge and experience in a widerange ofcomputer applications and/or application suites including but not limited to, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft O365 suite, Azure Active Directory, Confluence, Jiraservice desk, Slack, Teams and Teams calling, Intune, Autopilot.
