QET DATA Senior QA TDM Engineer

Duties and responsibilities :-

· Lead developer for the implementation and maintenance of the Test Data Management (TDM) tool

· Experience with implementing data masking/obfuscation, data-subsetting and data generation solutions in complex integrated heterogenous environments

· Experience in setup, configuration and management of market leading TDM tools like CA TDM, IBM Optim, Delphix, Informatica TDM, etc

· Hands-on experience with multiple database environments like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Files, ZOS, etc

· Partners with Business analyst, Service Engineering and Quality to design, develop & deploy solutions

· Reviews application requirement changes to identify discrepancies or to request clarifications

· Performs unit testing of changes

· Conducts code or configuration reviews

· Updates design documentation per validation process

· Supports translation of form text by providing list of questions requiring translation.

· Once translations are provided by others, incorporates the translated text into the form configuration.

· Maintains build information for controlled IT code promotions to test and production environments.

· Verifies success of deployments.

· Troubleshoots TDM issues.

· Generates defect write-ups in HP ALM when necessary.

· May oversee the work of a junior TDM developer

· Collaborates with Business Analyst/Project Manager to define release schedule

· Strong database skills like Oracle/DB2/SQL Server

· Should be able to write medium-complex SQL scripts

· Candidate will be expected to learn Automation and deliver if he does not have prior experience with Query Surge

· Candidate should be a quick learner and ready to take new challenges.

Primary skill (Must-Have Skills) :-

Should have worked on most of the market leading TDM tools like Broadcom CA TDM, Informatica TDM, IBM Optim, Delphix, etc., and know Synthetic data generation, data masking, data discovery, data mining and reservations.

Functional Skills (If Any) :- Strong analytical skills, any domain experience will be added advantage

Preferred Qualifications/Certification :- SQL certification, QA certification etc.
