QET DATA QA TDM Architect

Primary skill (Must-Have Skills) :- Experience in designing and development of long term TDM strategy, Should have worked on most of the TDM tools. Should have implemented Enterprise level TDM solution for few (minimum 2) large-scale clients. Must know data generation, data masking, data profiling, data sub-setting, data mining and reservations, data refresh, data archival, golden copy etc.

• Develop & execute long term Enterprise Test Data Management Strategy
• Analysis, Estimation, Design, Development, Testing, Implementation of data Archiving /Test Data Management/ Data Privacy solutions
• Provide a consistent and repeatable process to support multiple Applications including identifying data elements for masking in Applications, Data Reset and Update Process
• Work directly with IT Security and Compliance to ensure Policies were consistently followed
• Coordinated activities across multiple operations teams including Storage, OS , and DBA teams
• Provide required Test data for Performance Test, User Acceptance Test, QA Test, Application Development, and other Non-Production Environments
• Expertise on DBs Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, Postgres, Redshift, Salesforce
• Experience in setup, configuration and management of market leading TDM tools like CA TDM, IBM Optim, Delphix, Genrocket, Informatica TDM, etc
• Responsible for all test phases – unit, system, integration and functional testing and acceptance
• Ensure that all required testing deliverables are created including testing approach, testing scenarios, conditions and expected results, test scripts and testing control sheets
• Execute formal review cycles including informal review, formal review, testing sign-off and quality assurance review
• Prior experience working on Banking, Healthcare & Insurance projects
• Expertise on scripting languages like Python and PowerShell to perform the automation around data generation and data validation. Candidate should be a quick learner and ready to take new challenges.

Secondary skills (Nice-to have Skills) :- SQL,Cloud

Functional Skills (If Any) :- Domain expert in banking, Insurance etc.

Required Qualifications/Certification :- Certified TDM architect or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications/Certification :- Certifications from CA Broadcom, Genrocket, Delphix etc
