As we continue to expand our business across the APAC and North American regions, we are looking for a seasoned, Senior Product Manager to manage our product function and contribute to our continued success.

Your primary responsibility will be to own the roadmap and define your vision and strategy. Accountability for the success of the product and a hands-on approach to ensure that it meets the needs of our customers and contributes to the continued success of our business is vital.
You will need to think strategically about customer needs, business opportunities, and technical challenges when managing and refining the roadmap. You will constantly strive to strike the right balance of innovation, product performance, and core product improvements. This is a holistic role and will include the management of product team members.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with the design, marketing, sales and engineering team members to ensure everyone is brought along the journey of product discovery and exploration. You will need to build customer empathy with the team and create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and iteration planning. You will also need to monitor the product release plans and set the expectation for the delivery of new functionalities.
In this role, you will be the central point where everything comes together and is translated into a product strategy and feature roadmap. Therefore, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to take big, ambitious ideas and distill them down into concise, exciting talking points. You will also need to have experience bringing the voice of the customer to an entire team and get buy-in on your ideas and strategies.

What are we looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5/6 years of experience in Product Management - you know what success looks like and how to make it happen
- Experience with B2B SaaS products and in-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles is also required.
- Demonstrated success in driving product-market fit, excitement for lean innovation approaches, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Ability to effectively multitask, prioritise, organise, and collaborate, especially on multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously, is a must.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with product team members to successfully launch and deliver products and features within tight timelines, while effectively managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring alignment with business objectives. A proven ability to manage and inspire team members.
- You will need to have a proven track record of making tough tradeoffs and rallying a team through difficult challenges.
- Pragmatism is a critical trait for this role. We are looking for someone who can wear multiple hats across the entire lifecycle of product exploration, launch, and adoption.
