Job Description
Our grounds team is responsible for maintaining a variety of native landscapes, manicured gardens and lawn areas that compliment the beauty already established throughout the resort grounds and natural habitat areas. We have a number of ecologies on site so your days will be varied and there is opportunity for continued growth and progression due to the diversity of the flora and fauna that we have on site. Casual hourly rate starting at $31.09, Mon-Fri.

To work with us as a gardener you need to be reliable, punctual, enthusiastic and enjoy working outdoors. You must be committed to ensuring our gardens and grounds meet the high standards of presentation and attention to detail that we expect, and our guests experience during their stay.
The hours are 7am - 3pm, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3 days a week, however there may be weekend work as required along with working on public holidays. All equipment and your uniform is provided.
Requirements
- Current drivers licence (manual) essential, truck licence desirable
- Experience in a similar Gardener role
- Well presented and physically fit
- Commitment to longer term employment
- Available to work 7am - 3pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Strong work ethic
- Qualifications and / or demonstrated experience amp; interest in horticulture and landscaping
Experience is essential in the following areas:
- Weed Identification amp; control (includes spraying)
- Whipper snipping, pruning, mowing, mulching, planting, lawn care
