Working as part of our Journey Beyond Group, you will play an integral role in supporting our business to share special places and shape lasting memories.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have exciting opportunities available for customer-focused and sales-driven individuals to join our Travel Centre team based in our Adelaide office or Perth office. This position offers the flexibility to work across a 7-day roster cycle as well as work-from-home options after passing probation.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide a full travel experience service that goes beyond our guests’ expectations.

What to expect:

  • Initially, your time will be spent getting to know our team, learning about our amazing products, using our booking systems, and buddying up with one of our talented Travel Sales Consultants.
  • You will offer exceptional customer service to assist our guests with their holiday of a lifetime through our various communication platforms including over the phone, via email or on webchat.
  • Using your creativity and passion for the tourism industry, you will provide our guests with a suite of information relating to our products and offer personalised solutions and package options depending on our guests needs.
  • You will be an expert in your field and a product ambassador, all while working towards and achieving your individual plus team KPI's.

As a Travel Sales Consultant, you are the start of our guests’ journey of a lifetime.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Do you have a sound understanding of the tourism industry?
  • Does talking about travel and new experiences excite you?
  • Do you enjoy helping people plan the best holiday experience possible?
  • Do you have great communication and interpersonal skills?
  • Are you computer savvy and able to confidently learn new computer systems?
  • Do you display exceptional attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively?
  • Can you work under pressure and manage a high-volume workload, while maintaining a consistent and high level of customer service?
  • Experience in a similar role, as well as reservations system experience is also highly desirable.
