As an Associate Consultant or Associate Analyst, you will be a valued team member on consulting projects for our public sector clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employing cutting-edge analytics techniques, such as machine learning and statistical modelling.
- Extracting and interpreting key insights, crafting compelling visualizations and outputs that resonate with our clients and stakeholders.
- Present insights and findings with clarity in client meetings, influencing decision-making and policy design.
We are looking for applicants for this graduate or early career role to start in early 2025.

Requirements
- Australian citizenship required
- Qualifications in actuarial studies, data science, maths, commerce, computer science, economics and/or finance
- Previous consulting experience desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated interest in solving complex problems in the public sector
- A commitment to ethics and integrity
- Experience working with or willingness to learn data analysis techniques (Excel, Python, R, modelling, visualisation)
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, and a creative mindset
- Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
- Personal accountability a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
- Team player having an ability to work well with others, positive attitude, and growth mindset
