At DigiRen, a Senior Cloud Consultant is an experienced Cloud Operations leader with experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level cloud operating models. In this role, you will work for or on behalf of customers to help them understand, plan and implement best practices around productising, managing and operating scalable Cloud platforms. You have extensive experience in service management, technology operating models, and the new processes, technologies and skills required to build effective and scalable cloud operating models.

A Senior Cloud Consultant will have had first-hand experience building Cloud Centres of Excellence / Cloud Business Office / Cloud Platform Engineering teams, and understand that building these new cloud capabilities are essential for organisations to scale their use of cloud and achieve their strategic outcomes. You will help our customers understand and implement change, and build new cloud capabilities that enable them to scale and control their cloud journey. We are looking for:

• Experienced in Cloud Operations, and possess the skills to lead, advise and coach customer teams to operationalise their Cloud platforms to support adoption at scale. You will engage with the Customer’s operational teams to integrate the Cloud platform into its broader ITSM framework.
• A passionate advocate of using Cloud technologies to change the way people work to unlock value, looking to further their Cloud experience on the largest and most prestigious Cloud Programs projects.

As a Senior Cloud Consultant at DigiRen, you will:

• Support the design and implementation of cloud operating models for large commercial and public sector organisations; integrating into Cloud Transformation programs.
• Be able to define the set of services and operational requirements to support the various customer use case for Cloud and build a roadmap of operational capability, including compliance, integration and workflow automation, to support such use cases.
• Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to turn business requirements and vision into reality.

• Embed yourself in a customer organisation to help them build out new cloud operating models and capabilities, coach and mentor customer resources, and support the customer to mature their cloud operating capability to become self-sufficient.

Requirements

• 5+ year experience designing, building and or working in cloud operating models, particularly building service integration capabilities between multiple platforms.
• Experience in ITIL, TOGAF or similar ITSM frameworks, particularly focused on service operations or service transition.
• Experiencing providing consulting services to large enterprise (ASX200) commercial customers and or public sector equivalents.
• Experience with agile project manage
