What you’ll do
  • Lead simultaneous software implementation projects, from kick-off calls to go-live and post-training reviews, ensuring projects are completed within budget and TTV timeframes are met.
  • Collaborate with a team of consultants and developers to customise and develop software solutions, fix bugs, and deliver top-notch customer experiences.
  • Deliver system training to new and existing customers, keeping them up-to-date with the latest system features and best practices.
  • Assist customers with software configuration to meet their changing needs and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Ensure billable utilisation targets are met and engage with sales teams, implementation consultants, and customer support to deliver exceptional service, both in person and remotely.
  • Effectively communicate with customers, manage their expectations, and identify new opportunities for training and consulting services.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and budget to deliver reference-able customer projects and achieve KPIs set with the relevant Delivery Services Manager.
What you'll need?
  • 10+ years experience with WFM, Payroll, or CRM software is essential in this role!
  • We need someone who has a proven track record of delivering multiple concurrent software implementation projects - so if you're up for the challenge, we want to hear from you!
  • Your excellent English written and verbal communication skills will be essential to manage customer expectations and to effectively train and communicate with our clients.
  • Solid knowledge of software project management principles and methodologies will be critical to ensure successful project delivery.
  • We're looking for someone who can work autonomously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
