  • Strengthen your skills filming, editing and delivering outstanding video along with still photography content to our clients across social and digital channels including long form as well as TikTok and reels.

We’re looking for an individual who is ready to challenge their creative skills. Someone who can look at our client’s briefs and, with our team, create the most outstanding video content that is as rewarding for the client as they are for us. JOB SUMMARY

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for storyboarding, shooting and editing video and still photography content.
  • You will play an integral role in ensuring that our campaigns meet our clients’ objectives and deliver on the strategy that has been set.
  • You must be a multi-skilled, highly competent person who is flexible, proactive, hands-on, and you must have creative capacity and technical skills.
  • As the division grows, you will gain experience in managing other junior team members and taking responsibility for their performance.

You’ll work collaboratively with the Business Director, Creative Director and our in-house Studio and Social teams to plan and execute videos that tell amazing stories, engage audiences, hero our brands, and are delivered on budget and time. You’ll have a strategic approach to content, understanding its role within the wider communications campaign context.

You’ll also be required to undertake the production of shoots, pulling together runsheets, coordinating equipment and equipment hire and other logistical steps that go into creating great content.

Some videos will be edited to tight deadlines so you’ll need to have project management skills that allow fast editing without compromising your creative process.

About You

  • Min. 3 years experience freelancing or agency
  • An impressive portfolio covering a wide range of creative projects
  • Experience creating video content for brands and/or social media.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong communication skills
