The Role

Accountabilities
Client Acquisition:
Identify and target potential clients in need of IT contracting and staff augmentation services through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their IT staffing needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Market Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the IT contracting and staffing sector.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business development strategies that align with the company's growth objectives in IT contracting.
Talent Sourcing Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure the timely and successful placement of skilled IT professionals.
Proposal Development:
Prepare and present compelling proposals, showcasing our capabilities and value propositions to potential clients.
Contract Negotiation:
Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and agreements for IT contracting and staff augmentation services.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
