About the role
In the role of Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operations of the Pest and Hygiene teams in Darwin and remote regional centers. You will have Pamp;L accountability with a strong focus on KPIs, particularly meeting customer service level agreements. You will be a hands-on team player who empowers others to succeed through coaching and ongoing learning and performance development. Regular in field visits with team members are an integral part of this role, and some travel is required.
