We are currently seeking a Lead Teacher for a Kindergarten based in Sydney, NSW, to help develop children's potential starting from the upcoming academic fall semester.

Job responsibilities
- Design and maintain a well-organized, professional Montessori classroom setting, consistently revising it to meet the campus's evolving needs
- Create and utilize Montessori-inspired teaching resources and activities, ensuring they reflect the Montessori educational approach
- Coordinate and implement the Montessori curriculum, involving the preparation and presentation of educational materials
- Accurately document each child’s academic growth and developmental milestones, including detailed observations
- Strengthen communication between the school and parents, ensuring clarity on each child’s progress and building strong, positive relationships
- Provide ongoing training and assistance to staff on Montessori curriculum application and instructional techniques
- Lead and direct a team of educators, arranging meetings and enhancing team dynamics and performance
- Participate actively in community activities with children to maintain the institution's reputation
- Assist the Campus Principal in executing marketing and promotional initiatives, such as enrollment campaigns
Requirements
- Diploma degree or higher in Early Childhood Education
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten early childhood education, including at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Montessori Certification for ages 0-3 or 3-6 preferred
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, team orientation, and customer-focused approach
- Proficient in computer usage
