We’re looking for a Head of Key Accounts to join our NationalSales team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based at our South Melbourne office and reporting to our Group General Manager - Sales, this is an absolutely pivotal role which will give the successful applicant an outstanding opportunity to shape and drive the ongoing sales strategy of our business, while providing a unique chance to gain exceptional experience for your own career development and growth.
Leading our Key Account Team, this role will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies and account management plans which will drive profitable volume growth in all of our portfolios of products, within all of our segments (commercial, builders, trade and retail). Aligning with senior leaders within merchant partners, the Head of Key Accounts will drive our national sales teams to deliver a superior level of customer experience.
A key objective will see you completing strategic business planning for both our internal team and external partnerships; reviewing and completing comprehensive and sophisticated trading terms; plus reviewing best practice and how we ‘get things done’ with a keen eye on ensuring we are always customer centric. You’ll join an experienced, positive and supportive team which is part of a wider, dynamic business known for our innovative and cutting-edge products, as well as our people-focussed, dynamic culture.
