We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our team. As a Production Manager at Aegros, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring the efficient production of our life-saving products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, implement quality control measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the production department, including personnel, equipment, and resources
- Developing and implementing production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Collaborating with other departments, such as Ramp;D and Quality Assurance, to drive product development and ensure seamless production processes
- Monitoring and analyzing production metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Providing leadership and guidance to the production team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and quality management systems
- Proven experience in developing and implementing production plans and schedules
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing, is highly desirable
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines
