Job Description
Our Client is a leading consulting firm working with a diverse range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, startups, and non-profit organizations.
As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, analyzing business processes, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, conduct research and analysis, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- deliver highly technical requirements to non technical stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and propose innovative solutions
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows
- Perform data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a IT Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and concise documentation
- Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
