At Entain the customer is at the centre of what we do, our entertainment marketing team is focused on driving growth in player numbers so that we can contribute to the success of venue customers. With the customer in mind, the SportsPick and Entertainment Marketing Manager will drive and execute effective marketing principles across the player's journey.
The ideal candidate will tap into their previous experience working within customer-facing brands and take ownership of driving marketing strategy and plans for our key entertainment products, contributing to improving and streamlining how we do things.
This role will work closely with the product and Biz Ops team to review and inform the product pipeline, in line with the consumer and market trends, identifying opportunities for strategic objectives to be met.

This role is best suited to our Melbourne location. With our HQ in Brisbane, we also have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Auckland, and Wellington. Your day-to-day...
- Collaborate with agencies (internal or external) for cohesive marketing across creative, media, and digital, providing detailed briefs to enhance brand authenticity.
- Drive CRM across key segment lifecycles, exercising automation journeys within customer engagement platforms across multiple owned channels such as emails, apps and SMS.
- Implement effective social media management to drive growth as part of the brand strategy.
- Manage and update CMS platforms such as Umbraco as a communications channel for our audiences.
- Manage marketing budget for the SportsPick and trivia portfolio to achieve KPIs.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting of key metrics and lead campaign post-mortem for learnings and opportunities.
- Manage customer research requirements to gather insights on customer behaviour, brand sentiment and market trends.
- Champion the brand among external as well as internal stakeholders.
About you.
- Previous experience in a similar position, working within a customer-facing brand.
- A proven track record of planning, developing and implementing marketing activations, including a full mix of marketing tools and techniques.
- Comfortable with customer engagement platforms such as Braze, Iterable, and CMS platforms such as Embraco.
- Working knowledge of digital media such as email automation, Meta and social media channels, website and video channels, and traditional media.
- Strong copywriting in advertising, consumer promotional copy, product marketing copy
- Experience with goal setting and forecasting; and data collection and analysis for campaign, financial and performance reporting.
- Extensive knowledge of consumer journey and content creation and production.
- A love of sports, racing and entertainment is beneficial.
