The Opportunity
This is a fixed term contract until 20 December, 2024
OES provides over 200 interactive classroom environment simulations to ensure students have the opportunity to gain valuable 'hands on' experience throughout their online studies. The Simulations Coordinator will be responsible for representing student and company objectives across the Simulation initiative. Day to day operations will include ensuring that the needs of the student are well represented, communicating the impacts of the Simulations project releases to student support teams, assist with collating student feedback and undertake relevant reporting, scheduling and administrative tasks. The role will be the primary point of contact with regards to reporting, scheduling of meetings, communicating to the wider Simulation team about updates and updating training materials.
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills in scheduling and booking-management
- Demonstrated ability to empathise with students and resolve their concerns
- Evidence of being a hands-on self-starter with a solution-focused attitude to problem solving
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to work with student data to provide insights
- Comfortable presenting to a group of people, answer questions and being the ‘face’ of the simulations team
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
