We are looking for an experiencedKey Account Manager for our Hygiene divisionto join our team based in South East Queensland on aPermanentFull Time basis. This role will see youresponsible for a portfolio of up to 100 high-dependency customers. You will be responsible for retaining and growing your Key Accounts Portfolio.
Your responsibilities will also include:
- Maintain monthly and quarterly reports for Key Account clients to align with contractual obligations
- On site customer engagement
- KPIs and forecasting
- Provide support to customers with innovative products and services
- Provide a high level of support and develop positive relationships with customers and internal team members within Rentokil Initial
- Prepare quotes for customers
- Contribute to an environment that helps to develop the relationship and business flow between Operations, Key Accounts and Business Support functions
It is expected that you will have skills and experience including:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a sales position
- Business and Service Industry Knowledge (Preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and mathematical skills
- Good knowledge and skills in Google Suite
- The ability to work well under pressure and with changing priorities
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to deal with issues promptly and equitably
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen as well as police and reference checks
