The role

As a project manager, you will be working on multiple projects and will be in charge of project initiation, execution, and finalisation to ensure successful delivery. You will be working in a customer facing role and work collaboratively to align all key stakeholders into one team that has a shared vision and path to success.

About you

You’re an experienced Project Manager who has skilled in complex transformation projects implementing software. A true team player and collaborator whose communication skills ensures effective interactions between customers and a cross functional team.

Our ideal applicant has prior experience working in a vendor and customer-facing environment. Familiarity with governance protocols and private health insurance domain knowledge will be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for delivery of projects at agreed cost, time, scope, quality and security constraints and regular monitoring and reporting against defined project plans, both internal and external stakeholders. You will take an ownership of the day-to-day supervision, and motivation of project staff and supplier management.

You will also ensure project risks are documented and plan mitigation actions to ensure achievement of objectives and observe with Civica’s Information Security policies and procedures.
