About the Role (your why)
We are currently seeking a Citrix Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Citrix Engineer, you will be responsible for the continual delivery of desktop services to end clients utilizing desktop, application and user virtualization/streaming, and any other methods of desktop services required while maintaining excellent relationships and ensuring effective and professional communication with all relevant parties.
It is essential that you are an Australian citizen to be considered for this role and NV1 is required. This role is available across all of our AU offices; Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Melbourne.
What you’ll do
As a Citrix Engineer, you will be passionate about Citrix and continually identify ways you can leverage the technology to enhance the customer experience. You will be familiar with Xendesktop and XenApp, and be a frequent user of Citrix Cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Citrix solutions and troubleshoot any issues
- Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Citrix infrastructure
- Maintain and administer Citrix policies and profiles to ensure security and compliance
What you’ll bring
- Relevant experience as a Citrix Engineer or similar role
- Knowledge and experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp and XenDesktop)
- Experience with Citrix Cloud services and technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Australian citizenship and NV1 Clearance
