Become the frontline ambassador connecting our business with customers and contribute to our mission of enriching the lives of student's with dyslexia through assistive technology.

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in actively engaging customers from nation-wide schools by delivering exceptional customer service - all with your sparkling personality and from the comfort of your desk.

You'll collaborate closely with your manager and be instrumental in unearthing and reaching out to potential sales leads, forging connections, and scheduling captivating introduction demonstrations / webinars. You'll respond to customer inquiries relying on your superb product information. You'll accomplish all this by showcasing your amazing CRM expertise!

Requirements

• Previous consultative sales experience (customer service or sales experience)
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• CRM experience is preferred but not essential
• Working knowledge of Office 365
• Strong organisation skills
• Fluency with English (written and spoken)
• Commitment to going the extra mile to give customers the quality service they deserve
• Robust administrative capabilities coupled with a sharp numerical acumen
• Detail-oriented mindset, consistently delivering high-quality and accurate work
• The knack for building rapport and sustaining enduring client relationships
• The ability to autonomously handle tasks while thriving in a collaborative team environment
• While previous experience in Education or Special Education sales is advantageous, it's not a deal-breaker

Benefits

• $27.50 per hour + superannuation
• Annual increase
• This role will suit a parent wishing to work from 9am to 3pm
• The successful applicant will have NSW school holidays off (approximately 12 weeks each year)
