About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is a proactive, target-driven individual with a passion for fostering client relationships, driving business growth, and exceeding goals for Civica’s recent acquisition LinkSafe.
LinkSafe, is a cloud-based contractor management solution that helps address common challenges around the onboarding and management of contractors, including induction, compliance, and health and safety requirements.
Launched in 2005, LinkSafe’s cloud-based platform centralises and simplifies vital, yet time-consuming, tasks such as capturing contractor credentials, incident/hazard management and reporting, thereby offering peace of mind and assurance for customers and contractors alike.
LinkSafe already supports 500+ organisations across all the sectors Civica currently serves - including education, central and local government, and healthcare.
About You
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies, coupled with compelling presentation skills.
- Proven capability in developing, establishing and nurturing relationships across all organisational levels.
- Target-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and surpassing targets and KPIs, including pipeline metrics and opportunity coverage.
- Experience in business development within the SAAS industry, developing and fostering strategic partnerships with safety specialists and/or Facilities Management.
- Having a current network or contacts within facilities management will be highly desirable.
