What you will learn

  • How to administer and manage software.
  • How to create and remove user accounts
  • How to build and deploy computers to meet client requirements.
  • How to respond to clients' IT-related alerts and resolve their technical issues.
  • How to triage and assign incoming tickets through our ticketing system.
  • How to solve Fast Track tickets (common, well documented requests) for our clients.
  • How to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support over phone and email.
  • How to deliver IT support best practices (ITIL V4)
  • personalised training plan including Vendor Certifications (Microsoft, SOPHOS, Mimecast etc.)

Requirements

  • Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communications skills.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate in a team environment.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Engaging personally that reflects through your communication.
  • Excellent phone manner under pressure.
  • Good time management skills.

Desired (but not required)

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Drivers licence and a car.
