As a key team member at Mindera Australia, your role will involve taking responsibility for the successful delivery of large scale fashion technology projects at some of Australia's best known retailers. Leading a team of skilled delivery professionals, you will collaborate with clients to transform business objectives into actionable plans. You'll define project scope, allocate resources, track progress, and manage risks and issues.

Additionally, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. Leveraging your extensive experience in the fashion tech industry, you will provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team, driving continuous improvement and ensuring high levels of performance and client satisfaction. Your commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment will be instrumental.

Please note that this position will require travel to client locations and our offices.

Requirements

• Proven track record in senior delivery roles on retail ecommerce replatforming projects, with experience in managing offshore teams.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate global teams
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, especially in a global context.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional and offshore teams.
• Ability to align project delivery with broader organisational objectives, considering global perspectives.
• Proficient in identifying and addressing project-related challenges, including those related to offshore collaboration.

• Experience in translating business objectives into actionable plans and managing project scope
• Extensive knowledge of the fashion tech industry and emerging trends
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on client satisfaction, considering diverse stakeholder needs.
• Previous experience in managing relationships with external vendors, including offshore partners.

• Act as Mindera’s onsite Delivery leader, ensuring that global teams are delivering seamlessly.
• Foster clear and transparent communication among project teams and stakeholders, including offshore teams.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within project delivery, taking into account global team dynamics.
• Integrate lean thinking principles into project management, emphasising efficiency, reducing waste, and optimising workflows.
• Provide strategic leadership in the delivery of retail ecommerce replatforming projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end program management process, ensuring successful delivery of replatforming initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organisational goals.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, especially those associated with working across multiple locations.
