Who we are looking for...We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a clear, effective communicator who can craft proposals that respond to client needs. You care about delivering impact in the world and convincing clients that we’re the right team for the job.
You’ll work with the GM of Business Operations to contribute to achieving revenue targets and driving growth. You are skilled in implementing business development processes and are committed to enhancing our tools, systems, and processes. Knowledge of Human Centred Design and experience in agency or technology contexts is essential.

RemunerationThe salary range for this role is between $120,000 - $140,000, depending on your experience.
