Job Description

White Fox is a globally recognised fashion brand loved by babes and celebs worldwide.

Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

Due to rapid growth we are adding 2 new roles to our Customer Service Team which will primarily be responsible for communicating with our customers via our numerous social media platforms.

Main Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers amp; ensuring customer satisfaction through social platforms on comments and DMs and via emails amp; live-chat
  • Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledge amp; solutions and follow up as required
  • Ensuring customer profiles amp; communication is documented
  • Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested

Requirements

  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and show initiative
  • Comprehensive computer skills with an iMac
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, primarily Instagram amp; TikTok
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster and extra hours when required
