Position Overview:

• As an Experienced Telesales Specialist with good English-speaking skills, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts by utilizing your expertise in cold calling, lead generation, and client engagement through various channels, including phone, email, and web.
• You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, booking meetings, nurturing relationships, and contributing to our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct proactive cold calls to potential clients, effectively communicating our offerings and understanding their needs.
• Leverage web advertising strategies to capture and convert leads, maximizing online presence.
• Build amp; manage a robust lead pipeline, consistently following up and tracking progress in our CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve collective goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during interactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and outcomes.

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, business development, and lead generation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and fostering client relationships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
