We have an opportunity available for an Events Prep Chef, Demi level to join our team. We have full time hours available for at least 6 months if not longer and ask for your flexibility to work both day and afternoon shifts. Your role will be working in our main kitchen as a banqueting prep chef, but you may also be work poolside at Breeze Café or Summer Salt as needed. Your experience working in a busy commercial banqueting kitchen will be highly regarded.
Rosters are advised two weeks out so you can really find the balance with work and home life. Your professionalism, passion, commitment and respect will be rewarded by our Executive Chef taking a keen interest in your career and future progression.
We offer a high quality, award winning dining experience with a strong emphasis on local fresh produce, our kitchen caters for multiple food and beverage outlets across the resort. We also have a beautiful conferencing and event space that caters for large sit down functions, smaller meetings groups, events and canape functions.
