We have a newly created role for a dynamic Production Support Leader to join the production team. Reporting to the Production Manager, your role will be to Identify and manage delivery of production and process work to develop and improve operations. You will be a strong collaborator who can manage multiple projects and problem solve with ease.
What you will be doing...
- Managing immediate support for operation and optimisation of manufacturing equipment and processes in a cGMP environment
- Ensuring SOPs, WI’s and other documentation for process and operations are clear and concise providing effective and efficient instruction
- Supporting knowledge transfer; provide training and support to Production team and support process improvement
- Supporting Validation, CI work and apply Lean 6 Sigma methodologies
- Carrying out cross-functional projects relating to quality improvements, process development, systems development, optimisation, and production execution; and achieve outcomes within defined constraints (safety, cost, time and quality)
- Managing the delivery of the Production support team’s role in delivery of production KPIs
Requirements
You will bring...
- Tertiary qualifications in process engineering or related fields or up to 5 years relevant work experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/medical industry
- Experience in managing professionals and/or direct production staff in production execution in a regulated/GXP environment. · Experience in a Quality/Compliance function, project management or Lean manufacturing systems a benefit
- Biological/blood processing/sterile injectable experience a benefit
- Understanding pharmaceutical buisness and awareness of relevant regulatory requirements (TGA,
- Computer literacy Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power Platform (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder engagement ab
