Main Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers amp; ensuring customer satisfaction on emails amp; live-chat
• Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required
• Ensuring customer profiles amp; communication is documented
• Working with the returns team on processing returns amp; faulty replacements
• Assisting with warehouse duties and stock management
• Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience (either online or in-store)
• Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task amp; show initiative
• Experience in a fast paced working environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong grammar skills
• Comprehensive computer skills with an iMAC
