Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute effective business development strategies to drive growth and acquire new clients.
  • Identifying and addressing the pain points of prospective clients through effective questioning techniques and presentation
  • Cover the North East or North West Sydney sales territory, spending a minimum of 4 days per week face-to-face with potential clients.
  • Proficiency in educating and pitching the online ordering website and delivery services to potential clients,
  • Utilize CRM tools, specifically Odoo, for efficient client management, reporting and streamlined communication.
  • Collaborate with a supportive sales team, benefiting from a buddy system for quoting and facilitation.
  • Cold call potential clients based on identified target areas, emphasizing education about the product range and service offering.
  • Achieve sales and growth targets for the regions and enjoy a bonus structure linked to Gross Profit.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, demonstrating a proactive and hunter mentality.
  • Minimum 4 days per week commitment to face-to-face client engagement.
  • Ability to listen, build relationships, and effectively pitch solutions.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on new business development.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM tools, especially Odoo, and route optimization systems.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and opportunities.
