The Role
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and dedicated Implementation Specialist to join our Education business unit. As an Implementation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing the technical aspects of implementing Civica's education product in schools across South Australia. Your responsibilities will encompass planning, configuring, testing, and documenting completed implementations and upgrades. By maintaining product knowledge, building client relationships, and ensuring effective communication with customers, you will contribute to the successful implementation and utilization of Civica's education products.

You have demonstrated experience working with complex software solutions in large organizations. You have strong implementation skills and a proven ability to plan, deploy, and support multiple implementations concurrently. You thrive on establishing and maintaining customer relationships. You’re proactive in providing progress updates and addressing issues through taking ownership of the customer experience to ensure their satisfaction throughout the implementation process. You’re a natural problem solver with the ability to identify, analyse, and resolve implementation problems effectively. You’re adaptable to changing client needs and can adjust implementation plans accordingly and with ease.
