About the role
Konica Minolta Australia is transforming to provide a holistic range of IT services and we are currently seeking a motivated Product Marketing Manager to join our team to lead Software Solutions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is key to expanding the current portfolio through innovation and services that leverage the technology of tomorrow, to support customers on their digital journeys today.

Key responsibilities include developing effective go to market strategies and plans for the existing portfolio, as well as researching, planning and introducing CX-led solutions that help Australian organisations keep pace with the needs of the future workplace. We are seeking an experienced product marketer who enjoys working cross functionally, thrives in fast paced environments and is accustomed to being the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Partner with software service leaders to identify and understand customer concerns, surface features and solutions within existing and new services to solve customer pain points.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle and build Go to Market (GTM) strategies for the software solutions portfolio.
  • Own positioning, compelling value propositions, pricing strategy and messaging for software services.
  • Be the subject matter expert for the software solutions portfolio’s products and services.
  • Establish and manage senior stakeholder relationships internally, as well as external vendor partnerships.
  • Partner with marketing colleagues to generate marketing materials and campaigns for the software solutions portfolio.
  • Monitor and analyse product marketing performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

Who are we looking for?

  • Tertiary Qualification in Marketing (preferable).
  • Experience in Sales amp; Marketing within the SAAS industry.
  • Project management and cross functional planning capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving transformative strategies within product marketing, fostering innovation and leading teams through change for continuous improvement.
  • Superior attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Pricing experience in software products preferably within the scope of the role.
  • Understanding of Australian ECM and MCS markets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Vendor management experience.
