About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Digital Marketing to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our agency partner to drive initiatives across various digital channels, focusing on SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, remarketing, email marketing, and account-based marketing.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in SaaS or B2B environments, demonstrating a proven track record in customer acquisition.

What You'll Do

Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and with agency partners to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copy, design, and development, to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives with overall marketing efforts.

Digital Channel Management:

  • Oversee and optimize SEO, SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, remarketing, email marketing, and account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, data analysis, and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Experience in Google AdWords, Hootsuite, and Rollworks preferred.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:

  • Focus on developing and executing campaigns that drive high-quality leads and contribute to customer acquisition goals.
  • Leverage both CMS and CRM platforms to enhance lead nurturing processes and customer engagement. Hubspot CMS and Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly. The successful candidate should have experience in Salesforce reporting and Google Analytics.

Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration:

  • Work closely with copy, design, development, and product marketing teams on content creation, design projects, and website development to ensure cohesive and impactful digital experiences that drive online conversions.

Agency Partnership:

  • Nurture a collaborative relationship with the agency partner, providing clear communication and direction.
  • Evaluate agency performance against established benchmarks and KPIs.
