What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Strategist, APAC to join our dynamic team in the Asia-Pacific region. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned strategic thinker with a curious mind and passion for shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies in the technology and professional services industry.

What you will do

  • Research Direction: Lead in-depth market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to inform and shape high-level marketing strategies.
  • Strategy Development: Take a lead role in developing data-driven, creative, and effective marketing strategies to meet and exceed client objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Drive exceptional client service and support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of projects.
  • Strategic Content and Campaign Development: Lead the creation of marketing materials, own content structure amp; plans, and campaign strategies.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Develop comprehensive frameworks to track and analyse key performance metrics, providing strategic insights for optimisation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with strategy leadership, senior leadership, designers, copywriters, and other team members to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Industry Knowledge amp; Professional Growth: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Who you are

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience within marketing strategy, preferably in B2B, or B2C; client-side or agency-side.
  • Proficient understanding of MQLs and SQLs, sales cycles/funnel, buying journeys, and customer journeys.
  • Proven ownership of marketing strategy, preferably within B2B Enterprise or SaaS.
  • Expert analytical and research skills with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in front of senior stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to lead fresh ideas in strategy development.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with data and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Passion for marketing and a proven desire for continuous learning.
  • Experience running and facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Julian Cole's strategy frameworks is desirable.
