We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, bringing together expertise in media, technology, design, and marketing.
Your primary focus will be to spearhead the development of an innovative platform that can be seamlessly integrated across multiple products. This endeavour includes the creation of a brand-new digital presence for trackside.co.nz, addressing its current absence in the digital landscape. Additionally, you will be instrumental in establishing a robust platform for our new media platform, leveraging your skills to manage acquired content that currently lacks a dedicated platform.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives shaping the future direction of our media offerings. Your ability to navigate the intersection of technology, design aesthetics, and market dynamics will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects.

This role is located in Brisbane, Australia, where our headquarters are also situated. We have offices in Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, and Wellington. Your day-to-day...
- Serve as the primary point of contact responsible for spearheading the development and expansion of the media business.
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for our products, from ideation to launch and maintenance.
- Develop the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Work closely with the broader Product team, helping with ongoing mentoring and development.
- Define product requirements and specifications, ensuring they are communicated effectively to development teams.
About You:
- Proven experience as a product manager in media, involving digital platforms, video and audio streaming, targeted advertising, digital advertising, and content management, including disseminating news articles across various platforms.
- Previous Media experience is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Possesses technical knowledge with the ability to grasp the connection of various components within the architecture.
- Experience in the racing, sports, and wagering sectors is desirable.
