We are searching for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract.
As a trusted specialist in your field, you will be responsible for designing and delivering a high-quality training program for our Service Delivery team. The focus of the program is to embed a consistent Customer Experience and support the advancement of existing team members skills and knowledge to optimise performance and capability.
Requirements
As the Learning and Development Specialist at efm Logistics you will:
· Design and, develop a high-quality and impactful training program utilising pre-existing content, tools and resources, that aligns with the business strategy across a range of design methodologies and adopt adult learning principles
· Facilitate high quality and engaging training sessions
· Assess the effectiveness of learning activities to ensure best practice and foster a culture of embedded learning and continuous improvement.
· Project manage the roll out of the training program and project deliverables
· Partner with key stakeholders to identify key learning requirements and provide technical support and expertise to ensure program is embedded within the business.
Experience Required:
· Previous experience working in a fast paced and, high performing environment.
· 5+ years' experience in Learning and Development, Instructional Design or a similar role with relevant tertiary qualifications
· Experience in adult learning principles and education strategies and technologies that achieve specified learning outcomes
· Strong ability and experience in delivering engaging face to face training
· Consultative approach and the ability to work with senior managerswith proven success providing training solutions aligned with organisational goals.
· Project management experience encompassing effective time management skills
· Excellent communication, both written and verbal
