Your role as Website Merchandiser entails taking the lead in maintaining our online database and elevating the Princess Polly customer experience. Collaborate with our creative minds to seamlessly upload products, hitting targets and ensuring all products are maintained and merchandised. Your success in this role involves implementing streamlined workflows, acting as the guardian of website content, and strategically merchandising products to optimise user experience and drive sales. If you are passionate about creating an unforgettable online shopping experience, we want to hear from you!. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS AN WEBSITE MERCHANDISER;
- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end upload process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all product information, images, and content on the website.
- Implement efficient workflows to streamline the upload process, reducing errors and delays.
- Act as the primary guardian of all website content, ensuring that it aligns with the brand guidelines, tone, and style.
- Work closely with the editing team to coordinate and oversee the content creation and editing process, ensuring that all content meets the standards for upload and marketing requirements.
- Strategically merchandise the website and 'Wear It With' products to optimise user experience and drive sales.
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to make informed decisions on product placement and promotion.
- Regularly review images, content, and product descriptions to maintain a high standard of visual appeal and relevance.
- Implement quality control measures to identify and rectify any errors, ensuring a flawless presentation of Princess Polly products.
- Keep the homepage and app fresh and engaging by regularly updating graphics, copy, and information.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Shopify experience is a bonus
- Experience in Fashion E-Commerce is desirable
- Passion for user experience and/or fashion!
- Creativity and attention to detail are a must
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail required for this role
